From My words : How to Integrate Exercise into their lifestyles: During one of my TV shows a query on how to make kids physically fit and integrate it as Part of living?Yes! It is very essential to make it so,make a routine of daily part with fun play at ground,be part of it not just observer or just sitting and doing your workout.Kids enjoy to be played all along Parent's every day  as they most of the day spend at school with their friends.Daily required physical stimulation with proper routine for 60 min in a day. If the kids are having at school 60min of Playtime still it is needed after school?
