Over time, Mantralayam has grown into a thriving town, attracting millions of devotees and tourists each year. The town is also home to several other saints Brindavanam, including the Nagadosha Pariharam(In Smaller compared to Shri Kukker Subramanyam),mutts (monasteries), and educational institutions.

A revered spiritual figure! Guru Raghavendra Swamy (1595-1671) was a prominent saint and philosopher in Hinduism, particularly in the Madhwa tradition. He is considered an incarnation of Bhima, one of the Pandavas from the epic Mahabharata.

Guru Raghavendra Swamy was a prolific writer and composed many works on philosophy, spirituality, and music. He is known for his commentaries on the works of Jayatirtha and Vyasatirtha, two prominent Madhwa philosophers.

In Singapore, you can find the Guru Raghavendra Swamy Brindavanam, which is dedicated to this revered saint at Shri Ramar Temple,Changi (Being Shri Ram the main deity of the Mutt).One more Brindavanam is located in the Serangoon area and offers regular pujas, cultural events, and community services, Once a Year During Aaradhana 12,13,14 of Aug plus or minus may variety can check SriRam Mandir at Changi for official details. The Mantralayam Brindavanam is open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The morning darshan takes place from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and the evening darshan is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. There's also a special darshan for Swamigalu from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Additionally, the brindavanam has specific timings for seva sankalpa, which is from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. It's worth noting that the darshan timings may change during festivals or special days.

If you're planning to visit, you can also check out the food timings, which include from blunch hours 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, once a day and it is free to all devotees and employees who work in the mutt.The temple also offers online seva booking, and you can find more information on their official website.

Ekadashi and Dwadashi Aaradhane celebrations at Mantralayam, specifically on Thursdays. Mantralayam is a significant spiritual destination, home to the Raghavendra Swamy Matha, which follows the lineage of Saint Madhwacharya, the proponent of Dwaita Vedanta.

Ekadashi is a significant day in the Hindu calendar, observed on the 11th day of each lunar fortnight.(Can refer to my earlier blog on Ekadashi under the title intermittent fasting ) It's a day of fasting and spiritual reflection, with many devotees visiting temples and participating in special pujas and rituals. Dwadashi, on the other hand, is the 12th day of the lunar fortnight, often associated with the breaking of the Ekadashi fast and the performance of specific rituals and charitable acts, such as Annadanam, or the giving of food to others.

At Mantralayam, these days are particularly special, with devotees gathering to participate in the Aaradhane, or worship, of Guru Raghavendra Swamy. The matha offers various online services, including room booking, seva booking, and e-Hundi services, making it easier for devotees to plan their visits and participate in the celebrations.

Mantralayam, a town in the Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh, India, was indeed affected by the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami,where the temple got the water flooded untill the Brindavanam and it's Goshala, Elephants got to be sacrificed or got victim leaving nil survival rates to the Tsunami

The Indian government and various NGOs took steps to provide relief and rehabilitation to the affected communities, including the construction of new homes, restoration of infrastructure, and provision of livelihood support. It's possible that Mantralayam may have undergone some changes or re development as a result of the post-tsunami reconstruction efforts.

Parimala Prasadam usually consists of a mixture of Rice Flour,camphor (also known as Karpooram or Pachhai), edible ingredients like sugar, ghee (clarified butter), and sometimes other items like cardamom, cloves, or saffron, Dry Fruits.It is on flavor based guessed ingredients, can better check with Mutt Management to get you exact ingredients or recipes of the Mutt,Do not need any refrigeration, can store for around 30days.

Despite his vow of celibacy, Hanuman accepted this union to honor his guru's wish.
