Fasting Boosts Immune⁉

Normally as I mentioned earlier got inspired from one of the inspirations posts on facebook, this is also one such article Posted by mdm saying Prolong fasting will improve the Immunity⁉

Let's discuss how well we can accomodate it,in the fact,Prolonged fasting forces the body to use stores of glucose and fat but also breaks down a significant portion of white blood cells. During each cycle of fasting, this depletion of white blood cells induces changes that trigger stem cell, based on which regeneration of new immune systemcells occurs.

Autophagy is also achievable through intermittent fasting just as easily as longer fasts. Autophagy begins when liver glycogen is depleted, around 12-16 hours into a fast. The rate of autophagy peaks there, and then drops after about 2 days, careful not to fast too frequently; allow your body sufficient time to rebuild nutritional reserves. Two days per week is too frequent, as is one week every month. Recommended fasting times for regular, occasional "maintenance" and rebalancing are one day per week and/or 3 days per month and/or 10 days yearly.

In one of the research paper, Longo and colleagues described remarkable metabolic changes that occurred as a result of prolonged fasting. They found that fasting for 3 days or longer–drinking only water and eating less than 200 calories per day–can truly “reset” some components of your immune system. It not only stops you from burning fat and losing
weight, it is also very unhealthy! A metabolic fast for fat loss is a good solution. ... Fasting incorrectly can do permanent damage to your metabolism, but metabolic fasting for fat loss is a healthy way to boost your metabolism, burn fat and shed pounds!

So as mentioned above, fasting for days continuosly  can damage the metabolism,Prefer to intermitent fasting,Surprisingly, research suggests that the effect of intermittent fasting has the same or less negative effects on metabolism compared to traditional dieting. The reason why many think intermittent fasting improves metabolism is due to less loss of lean body mass and greater fat burning.

What is Intermitent fasting?
Intermittent  fasting is a 16/8 Method: Fast for 16 hours each day. The 16/8 Method involves fasting every day for 14-16 hours, and restricting your daily "eating window" to 8-10 hours. Within the eating window, you can fit in 2, 3 or more meals.

If going on 24hrs to 72hrs diet continuosly depending just on water with 200 kCal to 500 kCals diet!after day two (maybe earlier) your body has nothing to run on but your own deposited fat. The water weight you lose will come back quickly, but that fat loss is real. You can expect to lose ~1-2 pounds per day, but consider this a nice benefit, not the primary motivation.

Stay aware with the consequences as there are many other methods to lose weight like Bariatric Surgery,Weight loss Supplements,Power Slim Procedures,Diet Massages,Fat Freeze Machinery, which will Costs you to empty the Pockets (*no offence to the Slimming Centres Please),as these Procedures are suggested by the Diet Professionals based on the Cleint Lifestyle and adaptation requirements.

But Prefer to be low and Slow Process to adapt as fast Process will have complications or needed a hand of support to those Procedures like Bariatric Surgery needs a carefull attention for tissue building for skin elasticity and Surgical care of diet, over to it a lumpsum period of stay hospitalised etc.,shall discuss in detail about the other Procedures of Weight loss later time.

Fasting is a good Method but Stay aware what to eat during to behold the toxicity and toxins to expel from the body.Remember random fasting or traditional fasting or intermitent fasting can be done for short period of time,as having body supportive for other system functioning as well aging matters,So be aware before you follow, once you start following a specific process suitable for your requirement and could accomodate in your lifestyle stay with it to show the result minimum of one year.
