Like many of my readers, I was a victim of unnecessary dentistry.
In high school I had one unnecessary mercury fillings placed in my mouth.
Recently cavities were very tiny and I couldn't even feel them early,Small modifications to my diet could have improved my overall dental health and remineralized the cavities naturally. Instead as I couldnot tolerate the Pain the dentist needlessly have to drill
I want you to have this knowledge at your finger tips so that
you and your friends don't become victims to dental treatments that you do not need.

When the root gets infected/decayed it needs a treatment to clear internally which can be done through nutrition as well needed a dentist assessment through root canal treatment,where the neural structure of tooth is cleaned and cleared the absess followed up with healthy diet projected on the treatment with soft bland diet rich in good fats,good fats what is a good fat? In a simple language is a fat which does not increase the cholesterol and other lipid profile in the body but still provides all the nutrients of fat protein,fatty acids.
To care for dentistry of each individual adviced to eat good nutrition,good dental / oral hygiene by rinsing mouth after eating / drinking,consuming more water,having rich in mineral foods,following 6months a year with dentist for minimum cleaning called Scaling and Polishing,while rinsing mouth gently massaging the gums with index finger is must for healthy gum and tooth care.
