Medicine = Dhanwantari(1form),Tulasi(four forms)

Educator= Swayam the Lord incarnated by Kali (Goddess of Darkness) Shri Vishnu /ShriNarayan.(Infinity)

Creator = Bramha(5heads 1 form),Kali(Infinity).

These were the well known forms where we Indian's learn while growing and worship towards to achieve situationally putting our hardwork along.

There are types of Buddha in Jainism / Buddhism towards like Wealth Buddha who holds a bag along, Laughing Buddha for happy living and many more.

Christians are monotheistic, i.e., they believe there's only one God, and he created the heavens and the earth. This divine Godhead consists of three parts: the father (God himself), the son (Jesus Christ) and the Holy Spirit.

Islam: Believe in One God Monotheism where they have 99forms of Allah. 

Hmmm Religions are made to lead disciplinary clean living.
