Protein _Essential Non Essential

      Proteins are any of the organic compounds forming part of body tissues and making up an important part of the diet,where in Greek meant -"Proteios" means "Primary".

Proteins are of 20 known Amino Acids, which few are made by the body itself and few consumed through Diet. 

Made within the body are known as Non Essential Amino Acids, as necessarily do not to be taken but in today these are available for external inducing supplements by the process called transamination. 

Alanine : Helps metabolise and clear toxins from the body. 

Arginine: Boosts nitric oxide production for better blood pressure and blood flow. 

Asparagine: For healthy brain cells and central nervous system support. 

Aspartic Acid : Produces other aminoacids and essential enzymes. 

Cystine: Stimulates the collagen production and makes the antioxidant glutathione.

Glutamic acid : Provides energy for the brain and keeps ammonia levels in check. 

Glutamine : For digestion,cognitive function and immune system.

Glycine: Heals wounds and aids movements,vision and hearing. 

Proline: Repairs tissues and regenerates skin. 

Serine : For muscle metabolism, fat burns, immune health and inhibits good moods. 

Tyrosine: Helps alleviate hypertension,depression and chronic pain. 

Essential Amino Acids : These 9 AA's are got to be through Diet ( Food). 

Histadine: New Blood and tissue repair.

Isoleucine : Wound healing 

Leucine : Muscle and Bone growth

Lycine : Bone and Muscle Strength. 

Methionine : Healthy skin / hair /nails. 

Phenylalanine: Brain Fun Lion 

Threonine : Healthy skin 

Tryptophan : Regulates sleep and mood. 

Valine : Mental focus and coordination.

Briefly Lean Proteins are adviced to Consume when looking or being calorie cautious,muscle weight and to repair skin tissue and just to fullfill the RDA. 

Eggs,Soya-Tofu or any other form,Permesan,Sesame,Peanuts,mustard seeds,winged beans,chia seeds,are the few best vegetarian sources if you could look into.
